How much does it cost to ship a product?
Within the United States, any product that is utilized by a person who is blind will ship free, classified as 'Free Matter for the Blind'. This does not apply to all products sold by Perkins Solutions. Shipping costs are dependent on the size and the weight of the order as well as the shipping distance. Our website will calculate any applicable shipping costs for you.
For international destinations, and for orders over 30 pounds, we will quote you a shipping cost, utilizing either UPS or DHL. For more information contact email@example.com or phone 855-206-8353 (toll-free).
Free Matter for the Blind
Products shipped as ‘Free Matter for the Blind’ must be paid for in advance of shipment and are shipped with the understanding that the customer is responsible for payment even if the shipment is lost during the free matter shipping process. Also, free matter shipments can take between 7 and 21 days to arrive and no tracking information is available on these shipments. How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Typically it takes 5-7 business days to process an order and 3-5 days to ship it by UPS. If you require a tracking number or expedited shipment please contact us at 617-972-7308 and we will be happy to help.
Free matter shipment is only available on certain items (where offered in the product shipment options) for domestic US shipment only and typically takes between 1 week to 3 weeks to be received by the customer. On a free matter order, the customer assumes ownership of the product and is responsible for payment even if the product is lost in the delivery process.

Why does it say, "There is an item in your cart that can't be shipped to your address." when I try to checkout?
Due to manufacturer restrictions, there are certain products that we can't ship outside of Massachusetts, New England or the continental United States. If you have questions, please contact us at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 855-206-8353.
Product Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returns must be in their original packaging with all accessories/components.
