Choose the Training That's Right for You!
We offer 3 levels of repair Training based on skill-level:
Level 1 & 2 General Maintenance & Minor Repairs, our four day training, is designed for beginners who are interested in servicing all broken Perkins Braillers. Participants will be eligible to become Perkins Certified for Level 1 & 2 Repairs after completion and will be posted on our list of Perkins Certified Repair Technicians.
Level 3 Major Repairs, our three day training, is designed for more advanced technicians interested in servicing the more challenging repairs of broken Perkins Braillers. Participants will be eligible to become Perkins Certified for Level 3 Repairs after completion and will be posted on our list of Perkins Certified Repair Technicians.

General Workshop Details
What to Expect
- Hands on Learning: we operate under the assumption that you only learn if you try. A significant amount of time is spent working on breaking down and rebuilding braillers.
- Adaptable Curriculum: we allow class participants to dictate the speed and content of the class. Once the basic course content is covered, if everyone is more interested in one sub-component, then we like to increase the time spent on that subject.
